Discovery Health Pathetic service

I had to log a complaint here previously for Discovery Life to respond to my fathers death claim. After this was done we asked for my father to be removed as member on the Medical aid. After two months of premiums that has gone off with no refund or response, they wake up today and send me ( the son) who sent them all the death certificates etc “ that I do not have the authority to remove him as a member”!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! This company does not even have a system in place to track if one of their clients have passed away. ….. but they want you to have all your insurance with them..lol Discovery is pathetic!! Go to Liberty or Momentum if you want good service!!!
