Discovery Health pathetic service.

The average review of Discovery Health is pathetic. However my experience has been the exact same.

I sent them a email with details that my bank has changed with me new banking details and they did not make the change only several months later did I find out that I was not covered by them as the debit orders bounced. They acknowledged my email but apparently responded saying that they require me to login into my account and make changes, they also confirmed apparently in this email that I do not use this service currently. I have moved to Bonitas who covered me immediately. I will never deal with Discovery Health again.
