Discovery Health = PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I logged a query with HelloPeter 3 weeks ago and was contacted by Danita De Witt the Executive Relations Manager, initially she was very helpful and apologetic but when I started asking for correspondence between herself and the ITC as she advised me that she has requested the ITC to remove my name being listed I was told that I should use her email stating the above as a reference. She also advised me that I would not have to pay the debt collecting company as Discovery handed me over WITHOUT following the correct procedure, WITHOUT contacting me to advise me that I owe them money! This was established when Danita listened to the phone calls-which she also could not find but with my constant emails she managed to find it. I am fully aware that I now owe Discovery R1090 and as discussed with Danita and payments would be made to Discovery directly and not the debt collecting company. To my understanding the debt collecting company was contacted and advised of Discovery's mistake but to my horror I received a phone call from the debt collectors this morning at 7:30am requesting to be paid.
