Discovery Health Pathetic Poor Customer Service

It has taken me two weeks now to resolve a matter with Discovery, and they just ignore me flat out. They are playing with people's lives, and do not care about the consequences of their pathetic service. This pattern is negligent and unacceptable. Discovery's customer service is very bad. The agents will drop your call after holding for 40 mins, and not favor you with a call back. Their agents give no feedback on your case, and you end up logging endless calls to talk to a brick wall. They tell you that they will get back to you, and you never hear from them again. It is very convenient for them to hide behind a vail and not care about the consequences. It is clear to me that there is no quality assurance in the Call Centre nor any form of Compliance or follow through. Discovery are very good at taking your hard earned money every month - don't think that you will get any service in return.
