Discovery Health Pathetic Decision Making

<p>I was recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea whereby I stopped breathing 67 times per hour according to my report.Discovery Health paid for the sleep tests and monitoring.I was advised by My Sleep that I need to get the CPAP machine now which drastically reduced my sleep apnea to 3 times per hour but the costs for this machine is R13,500 which Discovery now decided they wont pay and I cannot afford it.The affects that slep apnea has on the body is devistating and could cause Discovery thousands of rands more when I do end up in hospital which I eventually will.I dont understand Discovery pays to do the tests then says no to the treatment how does this work?I am bearly sleeping at night and will have to book into hospital one of these days which will then be for Discovery`s account.Thank you Discovery you showed just how much you care for your clients</p>
