Discovery Health Pathetic customer service is shocking to say the least

I logged a claim in December last year, every time i follow which could be more than 12 times by now, they tell me to resend documents. I resend and I don't hear from them. I call they tell me to resend documents, I resend and nothing. This cycle has been going on for 9 months. This is a pathetic service, how is this allowed.
