DISCOVERY HEALTH OUTRAGED SEEVICE !!!!

<p>TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN!!!!</p> <p>I phoned discovery health on the 25th may 2016 about my health care so that i can know what my payment must be i spoke to adiel (spelling) he went throught the system and confrimed me that my payment for the health care is 2 months ahead and that i didnt need to make a payment for the month of June and July so i asked him to reassure me that this was a correct on their system so he went throught the finance department sevice and dubble checked on the system that i was 2 months ahead on my payments and assured me that i don't have to pay for the next 2 months and all the conversation that we had was recorded for my conviniance for referance my medical aid no:*** the i phoned them back on the 6th of june to find out why they want to do debt order because their was no money in for them to take while i was told that i didnt have to pay for 2months then they told me their wa no money for the health care that our health care was suspended the i asked to talk to the manager because Adiel told me we would be fine for the next 2 months then manager Mr Ziezwe frans vuzi (spelling) phoned me back on the and said that he will sort thing out. As i paid 500 rand at the end of april cause that was all that i owed for the health care so the manager said he will sort things out and get back to me and still heard nothing from them. So i went to the pharmacy today to get medication for my kids and they told me that i cant get the medication cause my health care was still suspended i real dont like the why that they do business with their customer because i need the health care for my kids i'm not satisfied and if someone can please correct this problem please or i will have to take matter further you can reach me at ***or *** for more information please this is a very urgent matter that needs to be resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Mr G Loots</p>
