Discovery Health only concerned about shareholder wealth

Discovery Health - unbelievable, unacceptable and unprofessional. To play around with a Government Pensioner, Oncology patient's emotions so. My mother battles to pay the co-payments for her oncology visits. She receives a letter from Discovery Health and a deposit to her account, stating that Discovery relooked the PMB benefits and she is due this refund for her co-payments. 3 weeks later you recall the deposit without any communication and debit her account. She had already used that money to pay for a service on her car. What now?????????
