DISCOVERY HEALTH NOT WILLING TO PAY BACK BANK CHARGES FOR DEBIT ODDERS THEY RAN ON A MEDICAL AID WE CANCELLED 2018

My name is Nobuhle Mathe 3rd party to medical aid *** that I was paying and we later cancelled in August 2018 ,discovery refuses to pay bank charges they caused me after I cancelled my membership in August 2018MailRef#***#-, they sent sent me a letter in 2018 confirming that It was cancelled, I than stopped using the account they were deducting from and that was end of story, to my horror Capitec my bank started deducting money from my account two days in a row as a set off to recover bank charges incurred from the flexible savings account that I no-longer used, I called Capitec and they explained that Discoveryn Health has been deducting premiums since September 2018 every month from that account till 25/02/2020 and every time the debit odder bounced the bank charged me for the debit odder as well as the debit odder rejection and my account is in a negative balance, and they have decided to deduct those amounts from any of my savings account that has a positive balance, I called Discovery Reference number: *** and asked that they refund all my bank charges and they asked me to send a dispute via email , I sent all my bank statements, after 24 hours I called the key care call center to follow up and they said they will log another dispute on my behalf, I got an email WRefNo#***# later that day from a Sipho Ntuli and he said he called but he could not reach me and he will call again, but he did no call back, so today I called them and I was told that Sipho conveyed a message that They dont owe me anything its only R30 or something and I sent them proof of all bank charges amounting to more than R1300 as they deducted for more than months...How can they deduct for more than 2months and the debit odder keeps rejecting and continue for 14months and than instead of owning up t their mistake they disrespect me and tell me they dont owe me??
