Discovery Health not so reliable after all.

I am so disappointed with how discovery health is handling International claims. I was in London when my daughter got hospitalized and I submitted my claim early December 2017 up until today I have not heard anything from them.

Every time I follow up I am told there’s a backlog and they can’t give me a turn around time. What must I tell the hospital?

One time a consultant put me on hold for an hour and never returned, it has been a very depressing and disappointing journey. I have been a loyal client, I deserve better service.

Consultants are inconsistent with the information they give, not helpful. Every time I call it’s like I am calling for the first time, they don’t leave remarks on system for future references.

I can’t believe I trusted Discovery Health.
