Discovery Health Not Refunding when Refunding is due

<p>My parents where on the Discorvery Classic Delta Saver. They cancelled the medical aid in December 2015. They told my mom that they need to wait four and a half months before Discovery can refund them the money that was in the "savings account" It should have been refunded on the 16th of May 2016. Up and till now this has not happend.</p> <p>Called them on the 23 May 2016 and spoked to a lady that told my mother that she will inquer as to what is happening that the money will be transfered that same day and that she will let my mother know. She never called my mother back.</p> <p>My mom called again yesterday (30 May 2016) and she got the same story. Please can some call my mom today on *** and let her know what is going and can you as well refund my mom what you owe her today before four O'clock.</p> <p>You are very quick to take your payments, but when you have to give back it is a problem....</p>
