Discovery Health not paying my hospital stay at Netcare Mayfair

I was admitted at Netcare on the 3rd January 2025 for pregnancy complications,and I stayed in up until the 5th of January and I was then discharged around 10am in the morning , so I could say my stay there was 2 days and half, All claims were done and I could say that medical aid paid quite few of them . To my surprise I receive a an SMS from Netcare 8 months later saying that I owe the Hospital the amount of R26673.97 and I then made a call Discovery to find out and I was informed that the payment was paid and reversed due to the Hospital claim or submitted payment late . And informed me that I need to get hold of the Hospital and asked them to resubmit the claim again . I was managed to get hold of Luyanda (Netcare employee) who has tried several times to send the claim and however the claim still get rejected with no valid reason . I called Discovery spoke to Nqobile who promised that she will resolve the matter and give me feedback within 3 days , And till today I still have not received any feedback from Discovery and Netcare sends me invoices almost everyday .Please assist me in resolving this matter as I am a faithful paying client and getting a service like this make me question the value for my money I pay monthly on Discovery .
