Discovery Health not paying my Hospital stay at Netcare Garden City

I was admitted at Netcare Hospital on the 3rd until the 5th of January regarding pregnancy complications. I tried contacting discovery several times regarding Hospital claims discovery has not paid the claims until now its stories after the other they send me an email saying they will give me feedback after 3 days I have waited from the 25 of September until now no feedback and the Hospital is sending me messages almost everyday reminding me that I owe them. I am still trying to deal with the loss of my unborn child and this was the last thing I expected from Discovery since I am a customer which pays money every month but they fail to settle my Hospital bills I am honestly tired of their terrible service its story after the other but they take money every month I am not happy at all and at this point I can never refer anyone to Discovery
