Discovery Health not paying follow up x rays after surgery

Terrible service, went for a follow up x ray, 4 months after extensive surgery following a sporting accident and Discovery refuses to settle the bill, even though it states in the policy that follow up x rays are covered. Terrible service, had to pay the account out of my own pocket.
