Discovery Health not paying doctor

We called discovery for authorization for a biopsy and we were told they will pay R10 500 after a meeting they agreed to pay this amount and authorized my biopsy for the 6 December . The account was received by us sent to Discovery and remains unpaid . We have called in 5 times and still this matter remains unresolved. They are saying it’s been put through savings and they are depleted but it was supposed to go through the hospital plan . We are frustrated and want this matter sorted out !
