DISCOVERY HEALTH NOT OFFERING ANY RELIEF TO MEMBERS AFFECTED BY THE COVID 19 FINANCIAL CRISIS.

I have suffered from a near fatal saddle pumonary embolism and a blood sindrome called Leyden 5. Im also unemployed and doing some IT work at home to make some money. for the last 4 months did not have any income because of covid 19. i've seen that Discovery offers payment holidays/ concessions to Sme companies. Why Discovery do not offer any of the above to private members that are part of Covid 19 risk groups and for them being without cover could be FATAL, puting as an excuse that they undestand the situation but because they are a NON PROFIT ENTITY can not offer any kind of relief to members that have been loyal customers for more than 15 years. very sad to see that for DISCOVERY HEALTH the only worry its the money collected and not even interested in consider any way to help /relief for their members .
