Discovery health not for the people

I am not holding my breath.If you could not respond to me regarding my health,how will responding to this review help?!?

Clearly these people do not even take me serious.I spoke to someone,who transferred me to 'standards'department.Re-assured me that they will contact me after 8 hours.Nothing.My husband had to call them before i got another call from a lady called Tshidi who also promised to make things easy for me.Even went on to tell my husband that i was told of waiting periods.There is no such thing because the only waiting period i got was for only one specific condition. So also guilty of false advertising.I then wasted my airtime and energy and money again,to call them again,spoke to a Brendon.Who promised to email the Dr forms to complete.They **** to say they sent the Dr forms,little do they know that i work for this Dr.Said they will get back to me within half an hour..this was around 11:00 ...its 13:13 now.Im still waiting amd still suffering in pain...So much for a medical insurance that says it cares about its people.Discovery...you are a ****er!!!
