Discovery Health - Not covered for the advertised BHCG test
I had BHCG tests done.
These tests where done to confirm pregnancy, I find it terribly nerve wrecking that I have to go back and forth between discovery and my pathologists, to get this sorted.
I am a paying client!!!
As per discovery pregnancy cover – it clearly states that I will be covered for BHCG. - Which is to confirm pregnancy!!!
After escalating my dissatisfaction with Discovery Health, and kindly been contacted by Discovery Health a numerous amount of times, as a paying client i'm still unhappy, as you say you only cover for "certain" BHCG codes, wheres as in the maternity benefits, it clearly states that I will be covered for BHCG tests.
Please be more transparent Discovery Health, and see my dissatisfaction as a client, and going after "what you cover"
