Discovery health not available when you realy in an emergency

My daughter joined Discovery and needs urgent medical assistance. She had dental surgery 4 days ago and I fear that she has picked up a serious infection in lower jaw that can become potentialy lofe threatening. Ion Saturday she was in so much oain and could not even speak. I flew up from Richards Bay to Johannesburg to assit her. I phoned your 911 emergency number to try and find a discovery approved dental specialist and hospotal in Johannrsburg.

Being a Bonitas member myself, I have always received professional assitance. What happened with Discovery 911 is nothing short of pathetic, an embarrasment.

I got transferred more than 10 times and ended up with a call centre in Port Elizabeth. I have an emergency and needed to know:

1) What dental specialists is approved near my location given, 2) What is procedure and nearest hospital I could take her to.

Its now Monday 02.30 am, she has been in severe pain for 3 days. No one at any Discovery emergency number is able to help.

Spent almost an hour on phone being sent from pillar to post, but received no help. No one xared or bothered to phone me back. SIMPLY DISGUSTING SERVICE.CAN ANYONE HELP?????
