Discovery health no service

Been trying to get them to change my phone number and email address for 6 months now. Iv called numerous times and held the line for hours going from department to department. This is so annoying seeing as though I'm paying close to R5000 per month for my medical aid and insurance yet I can't get on the app or use my benefits cause they are unable to change my phone number and email address on their system
