Discovery Health, no peace of mind!

On or around the 8th of February 2018, I called Discovery Health to inform them that I am pregnant and I wish to visit a Gyni. The consultant acknowledged this and gave me the go ahead to visit the specialist, they also advised me to register for the maternity programme which I have done so later the next week.

Discovery health now refuses to pay for the specialist visit as we did not get a reference number from them before visiting the specialist.

So either the consultants do not know their jobs very well or Discovery is just trying to be difficult.

I will inform all my family and friends to cancel all business with Discovery as this is not the type of service paying clients deserve!
