Discovery Health - no dignity for customers

I am totally disgusted in the lack of respect and dignity discovery health has for its members. I am sitting with a huge cyst on my right breast. My keycare plan costing me R2500 per month with discovery declined a procedure to have it removed.

This after I had to go see a doctor. I had to have a mamogram and sonar and go see a specialist at at hospital taking off three days of work.

I have changed to a coastal saver plan by discovery as advised. This is more expensive and I am now loosing and doctor visits and dental visits as this now comes out of a medical savings.

Now having done all this, Discovery Health still does not want to do the procedure which is suppose to be covered.

I do not think national health insurance is going to be the best thing for south africa but something must be done to these evil medical aid companies.
