Discovery Health No cash paid back!

Please help me get my R2257 paid back bank account red number is ***. I claimed it on the 21/02/2022 they have been say it will take 2-3 working day but it’s been over a month now. Not only is this an inconvenience but am considering changing medical schemes at this point. I sent them proof payment so my claim can be approved but they still giving me the ran - around!
