Discovery Health monthly premium increased far beyond my income band - No assistance or rectification.

Reference Number: ***. My monthly medical aid premium increased from R1981.00 per month to R3980.00 because Discovery said my income band increased when it did not. I provided all necessary proof such as bank statements, payslips, Proof of Income affidavits (KIC) etc and submitted these online and emailed it to them. I have received no response except for a reference number and a promise of a call back. I have followed up but to no avail.

Considering that my income is a little over R5000.00 per month (according to Discovery's definition of income, my payslips and bank statements to prove it), this constitutes unfair practice. Discovery Health obviously do not care.

Would Discovery Health please rectify this immediately?
