Discovery Health Misrepresentation

I’m so disappointed with discovery health, on the 3rd of April 2019 I was responded to by Discovery Health agent who got my enquiry from Hippo. I explained to the gentleman that I am on Gems medical aid and would like to join Discovery. I also told him that I’m on chronic medication and asked him if it would be possible to move my chronic benefit as well, he responded by saying it is possible and as a matter of fact they (Discovery) are the administrators of Gems medical aid. That made me feel comfortable and I asked him to process my quotation which I approved and the first premium was deducted on the first week of May. My second premium went in this weekend and today when I went for their Clicks screening I get told that I’m on three months waiting period, worst part is I’m not covered on chronic. Discovery Health is so disappointing I don’t think I should trust them with my life policy as well.
