Discovery Health Misled Me and Now a Year Later I’m Hunted by Debt Collectors

Before I immigrated last year, I had endless issues with Discovery Health because they kept deducting money from my account even though I had cancelled more than a month in advance. I phoned them several times, and after a frustrating dispute, they eventually assured me that everything was resolved and that I owed them nothing.

Now, more than a year later, I am suddenly being hunted by Alefbet Collections for the same account. The so-called “debt” has been inflated with interest, SMS charges, and commissions I never agreed to. This is nothing short of harassment and completely unacceptable.

Discovery Health misled me, gave me false assurance that my account was cleared, and then allowed a third party to come after me long after I had left the country. This is shocking administration and disgraceful treatment of a customer. I have emailed discovery and their third party, but im being ignored and in the mean time I keep on getting sms's from the third party which they are charging me per sms sent. Im fed up of this harassment I demand that Discovery Health explain why this happened and fix it immediately.
