Discovery Health messing me around
Just as I convert my complaints to compliments, Discovery mess me around again! I am beyond ****ed off now. Yesterday I am told that all is sorted, now I get an email asking me for what I have already given you 10 times!!!
"I trust you are well. We received your proof of payment, however, for processing we require a detailed claim VAT invoice"
