Discovery Health = mental pain,always.

You know Discovery #sigh is an absolute point of pain. I just don't even have the energy to type out my frustration. I need to understand how a business this big can be so inconsistent!! I want to add my daughter (African culture) who is in fact my niece onto my medical aid and I am told that I need legal guardianship. A process that requires high court and lawyers, with what money and time and resources??? In the 12 years of her life not even a school has asked me for this!! Then on the other hand, a family friend in the exact situation as mine managed to add a minor who is not a biological child with absolute breeze. How?? How is such a thing as wanting medical cover PAID FOR BY ME!! Needing me to go to a lawyer and go to the high court ? I need a detailed explanation PLEASE!
