Discovery Health - Membership Cards Issue

01/01/21 requested membership cards = still waiting

01/02/21 requested membership cards = still waiting

10/02/21 requested membership cards = still waiting I have advised the lady that via normal post office you won't be successful. She advised that she doesn't even see the other times i phoned for the membership cards.
