Discovery Health Member: Please note that your Authorisation has been declined. No Receipt of PMA from DR CARLSTON KRUGER AND ASSOCIATES
They approved admission for my partner to the private hospital and after she’d been there for five days the repudiate the claim and require a whole lot of documents now I am indebted to the hospital for and exorbitant amount of money.

17 Sept 2019, 16:03My point is simply why do you approve the admission and then repudiate after the patient has been in hospital you should have declined in the beginning and we would be here now but I guess you don’t care.
