Discovery Health & Medxpress pathetic service

I ordered medication from medxpress on Thursday 19 March 2015 and today the 27 March 2015 at 11h25 i have still not received my medication. Jitesh Ramputab and Handie Bekker have made promises since Friday 20 March 2015 and still i have not received my medication. Seems like these guys don't care about service. This is the 5th mess up in the past 6 months. This is not free, i am paying almost R7000.00 per month for my medical aid. This is pathetic service. Don't offer a delivery service if you cannot guarantee delivery. This medication if is insulin. Not like it can be missed for a few days!!! Someone has to take responsibility for these mess up's. If i was late on paying my membership fees, you would cancel my membership, but if you late on delivery nothing happens!!!!
