discovery health medical scheme

My name is Nomagugu Ndhlovu and i would like Hellopeter to assist me. I have app**** for membership with discovery medical scheme last year and all was done ive been paying them on time. my spouse got admitted in Dec and under went surgery and the medical aid approved for his hospitalization bill. I then had a pain around my belly button and went to consult a specialist whom suggested I get a colonscopy aswel as gastroscopy the medical ad declined my hospital authorization. then i recieved an email from Discovery to say that they have withdrawn my membership because i didnt not disclose my illness "hence i went to the specialist" now they have sent me a bill of R 77 000 that i have to pay them because they have withdrawn the memebership. i have been calling them several times trying to communicate with them to how do they approve a hospitalization for my spouse with authorization and then they withdraw it and leave the bill with me I have spoken to different sales people the person that has sent me the email whom is a risk consultant cant be found now all of a sudden and no one can assist me when I sit on the phone for hours with no help. can hellopeter kindly assist me regarding this matter.
