Discovery Health Medical Savings Refund - Dissapointment :(

It has now taken me 2 months to try and get a medical savings refund from discovery. I was notified on the 7th August that my request has been sent to finance to action the refund after numerous phone calls, emails and letters from my side. I was asked to allow finance 3 days to action this request. It is now a week later or 4 working days, since we had a public holiday last week, and still nothing. I officially hate discovery, I cancelled my retirement annuity with them and would never ever take up anything up with them.
