Discovery Health Medical Aid - no more secondary docs available

Such a poor poor experience with Discovery Health. Apparently the benefits statement that gets rolled out at the end of every year, included information that Secondary doctors would now be removed from the scheme and replaced with nurse consults should your primary doc not be available. What happened to transparent communication??? Discovery makes a big noise when changes take place but this one was hidden so sneakily. If I wanted to see a nurse I would go to the clinic and not have medical aid.

Disgusted with the service, I had to pay cash at another doc cos there is no out of network cover anymore.
