Discovery health medical aid heartless and greedy

I've been with Discovery for 3 years my baby(4yrs old) fell and broke her tooth. Took her to a dentist but he couldn't do anything and said he'll book her in at a day clinic. She's on meal replacement because she can't eat because of the broken tooth. The piece that's left is loose I've been praying that it falls off then maybe the pain would be less..After sending an email to Discovery to get authorisation I got a response saying my plan does not cover day clinics..Been with them for 3 years never hospitalized or done anything drastic that would make me a high claimer. They didn't even ask me to motivate or at least show empathy..she's four years old for Gods sake. And all they could say was that my plan does not cover it.. Guess its not their problem right.. You may brag about having a lot of members but the only reason you still have some of these members is because some companies only offer Discovery. You are heartless and have no compassion.
