Discovery Health medexpress useless.

Every time I order medication from the discovery website from medexpress , I have always have issues getting my medication. I ordered medication on Saturday and paid for it then. Today is Monday I still never get my medication. I called the pharmacy they said the was no order on the system and I should call Medexpress. I called medexpress the lady says the order is processed and I should wait. If I don't get anything today I must go to Dischem. I have done that in the past and was sent home. Medexpress wants me as a client to do the work they are supposed to do. Discovery forces us to use its website but never get the orders right. When we call we must wait 10 min long.
