Discovery Health Med express suck

Discovery Health Med Express is a joke. The last two months i order my chronic medication through them i never get a sms stating that my order is ready for collection. I get a message that say that it is being processed bit nothing after that. Then i have to call and wait for how long to be told that there must be a fault on the sms notification system Please see below message from Discovery: Discovery MedXpress: Your MedXpress collect request is being processed. Your ref number is MX00062Z7Y. Please look out for further progress updates.

I pay a lot of money monthly for my medical aid and the lame excuse of sorry the sms system was not working is as lame as it gets. I think for the amount of money i pay monthly i deserve better service
