discovery health maternity benefits

I'm so pieved at Discovery Medical aid. One when I signed up for the medical aid - KeyCare start I specifically asked the consultant if all the meternity benefits are the same or would I have to take a higher plan for better benefits and he told me no they are all the same and he would advise me to stay on KeyCare Start because outside of the maternity benefits it has everything I need. So I listen to him, because I would assume he knows what he's talking about. Skip to when I needed to use the maternity benefits only to find out that none of the Listed network Specialist THAT DISCOVERY LISTS ON THEIR APP are with KeyCare start anymore. So I called the called centre and this lady had the nerve to tell me that the list is updated but I have to call every gynecologist on that list, bare in mind that thats 20 phone calls I have to make!

So one - why am I paying medical aid if there are no gynecologist available to me. And two - why is there no updated list
