Discovery Health - Making you sick even further

Lately Discovery has this thing of giving a person the run around when they have to pay out claims. I've been made to resubmit documents multiple times for the same claim. But each time I follow up I'm being told a different story of why my claims never get paid. *** and *** are same requests for the same documentation but in each instance i'm either told that the documents are not showing correct codes, are not clear, or they cannot make sense of the "ICD codes" how is that he images are clear on my side but not clear on your end??? This is a coy to avoid paying me back my money. I work hard for this to have you rip me off so many times. It's happening a lot lately. Since November last year you have been doing this all the time with my claims.
