I have been a client of Discovery for over 8 years with Life cover, RA, Vitality and LA Health medical aid. I have no issues until recently. A 12 month waiting period was added to my 3 month old baby. The reason given is badly flawed, I have been pushed around with no resolutions. I would understand 3 month waiting period but 12 months is ridiculous. Discovery is bringing their name into bad reputation by administering LA Health. Adrian Gore CEO of Discover get of your chair and do something.
