Discovery Health is the worst Med Aid ever!

<p>I got a statement to say 4 x GP consultations for my family and I were not paid now that I am in my Self payment Gap, I am liable for that account! I checked before going to the doctor and sending Disvovery an email, it clearly states that GP face to face and video consults are paid for whilst in the self payment gap! I call Discovery now and I was told that the rules have changed, only GP's that are on a Premier list will be paid for. Why were we not notified? Why is the information still the same as last year on the plan details? Why the hell are we paying R7700 a month for Disvovery change their rules whenever they feel like? </p>
