Discovery Health is the worst!!!

I would like to start by saying Discovery Health keeps on making mistakes, giving bad service due to having staff they shouldn't have!!!! My chronic medication has now not been delivered for 2 MONTHS!!!! Hello I am a Diabetic type 1!!!!! I NEED it every single day of my life!!!! They simply can't find the script I sent in, then they find it and make empty promises to deliver my medication! I then also have a HUGE problem with my self payment gap which they are just refusing to reduce! I sent in my slips of stuff paid out of my own pocket and it doesn't get processed!!!!!! Yet again pathetic admin system!!! I am not on a low plan infact I am on the second best plan and yet again they fail me as a member! On the Discovery app they say I can get a humidifier, nubiliser, breast pump EACH year when I went to Dischem to claim it, Discovery said items not covered!! How pathetic to LIE about benefits???? Get your act together because this is unacceptable!!!!
