Discovery health is quality business

My mom has been with Discovery health for years now. I was also with Discovery health for some time. I have enjoyed their service and it never disappoint at all. They handle complaints professionally, efficiently, confidentially and with respect. I may not be covered with this amazing company my self but my mom enjoy each and every benefits from this business. Discovery health never disappoints and if I could have a chance to join them again I would do it over again. This are companies that are positioned for the future. This are business that you don’t mind to pay for their service. Throughout lockdown discovery was updating my mom about the CoVID 19 , if my moms area is a hot spot or not so that she can take precaution. They were the first medical aid not to increase their prices for 2021 no other medical aid has taken such difficult decision, most companies tip toe on what they need to do. Discovery is the only company in South Africa that was paying dentists extra for control of COVID. It was the first company to announce that they will pay for COVID and after that other companies followed but it looks like they didn’t even know what they were covering with COVID. Discovery was really comprehensive to cover COVID and they were not forced or asked by the regulator to cover COVID it was natural for this business. I am very petty but to be honest I can’t find fault on discovery health. They have done favours for my mom and when I am broke I make sure I find money to pay this medical aid. I hope one day all medical aid will learn from Discovery health. One day every house around the world will own discovery health medical aid. One day the word “ medical aid” will be replaced with “Discovery health”. I don’t spend 10 minutes waiting in their call centre. Thank you Discovery health and I hope you will never compromise on service and quality product. I wish you can have an input on NHI and handle the NHI on behalf of South African government. However don’t allow the government to close private medical aid. I am planning to move my bank account to discovery bank and that’s because of the service I get from discovery health.
