Discovery Health is not a loyal medical aid even to its loyal members of 20 years

Why is it so difficult to get hold of discovery health?

I have on many occasions tried to call to make an arrangement to an extent of trying your very useless whatsapp application to no . 1 minute I get a notification that my membership has been terminated the next is I must make an immediate payment. This is discouraging after being a loyal member for almost 20 years. Within a few days after the debit order my services were suspended without even a courtesy call to understand what could have been the problem given the good track record that I have with the medical aid. Please provide me with a number where I can be able to get hold of a consultant then make a decision if this will still work for me or i must make peace.
