Discovery Health is just a nice name for over priced *********** service providers.

I'm so frustrated with Discovery Health.Pathetic customer service all round.I cancelled membership Sep 30 2019.Some payments that discovery made to drs I visited were reversed.The doctors contacted me requesting the payments and I paid them directly.Discovery continuedbto pester me for these amounts even though I have explained that I have made the payments and sent them the proof of payments on two occasions I have emails confirming receipt of the proof of payments.However I received an emails saying I've been listed on the credit bureau for non payment.I dont know where the incompetence lies within the company but theres no way I'm going to take the punch for that. I have paid what I needed to so why am I being pestered regularly with emails threatening to hand me over etc. I have requested to be called l, they call and the phone rings once and goes off.I just called in now was in the phone for 13 minutes was transferred between consultants 5 times with no help.SERIOUSLY???????I would rather go to a public hospital than sign up with Discovery again!!!!
