Discovery health is ...

Discovery health is messing up my mind... On the 15th of September 2023 i and my wife went to our GP Dr Hlongwane for a check up, blood tests and other medical check were all done.. This morning got the call and a text as well as an email that discovery did not settle up the cost of our visit and all medical cost reason being we havent done the waiting period, thats the reason of their not settling the account was to our Doctor... To my understanding we have passed, even though similar incident happened at a pharmacy where a counter medication was declined for processing... Besides the ordeal a lady from discovery in durban spoke to me two weeks ago, earlier this month saying the waiting period was done and that everything to her side showed ok.. Now am really confused as i have to settle the cost from my pocket while i was assured that everything was ok.. Can someone look into this matter and fix asap as i dont really want to be in the similar situation in case i have to find myself in an emergency.. My contact number is ***
