Discovery Health is dishonest, heartless, and completely unreliable.

They keep claiming they’ve “contacted me,” yet no one has reached out — not once. Meanwhile, my IVF treatment is underway and Discovery is refusing to pay for anything they approved earlier this year.

My quote is R129,000, and after already paying over R40,000 from my own pocket, Discovery still hasn’t paid a cent. I’m currently on critical medication to prepare my womb and lining for implantation, yet they continue to delay and reject claims with pathetic excuses.

On 18 November, I have my scan and my partner must submit his ***** sample. On 25 November 2025, I’m scheduled for embryo transfer and the Atosiban drip — and Discovery’s lies and incompetence are putting this entire treatment at risk.

I’m emotionally drained and disgusted by this medical aid. They are cold, unhelpful, and dishonest. Discovery Health is failing women who are fighting for a chance at motherhood.

Stop lying and start paying for what you approved.
