Discovery Health is disappointingly inefficient

The inefficiency of the administration of Discovery Health boggles the mind. I have been trying to change my banking detail since September and despite numerous telephonic interactions (many reference numbers) and attempts to solve the issue, it still has not been sorted out. I have to send all documentation for the third time, after I was told that the situation has been escalated more than once - with no result and no-one contacting me. The frustration and inefficiency of the whole situation is truly infuriating! I am now at a point where I am going to insist that my patients do their own claim, as given the amount of time that my assistant and I spend trying to get answers it is just not worth it. This is not the first frustrating incident that we have had with Discovery in our practice.
