Discovery Health is *******!

<p>Not long ago, I recieved a notification (SMS) from ITCBA that I was going to be blacklisted for not paying an outstanding amount to Discovery Health. Discovery Health claims they had posted me mail which I never received. I queried this with Discovery and gladly paid the outstanding amount, but their associates ITCBA now want additional payment for themselves. Why must I suffer for Discovery Healths poor correspondence procedures. From the looks of it, I am not the only one who has experienced this disgusting treatment. I believe these two organisations are no doubtedly in cahoots and are **********ly carrying out this malicious procedure just for a third party, ITCBA, to generate additional income.</p>
