Discovery Health is BAD for your health

Many events and run ins with this company has forced me to discontinue my relationship with them. This was two months ago already. I phoned in to hear when my savings will be paid out. They advised me that it takes a few months, but they are willing to do it should I write an email. This morning I get a call from Angeline, who was most unprofessional in her manner and so is her manager who interrupted her during our call. Apparently my e-mail is not good enough and I have to write a letter and attach is to an e-mail. What absurd nonsense is this?? I thought it was a joke but was assured it was not.
